The human body is built to MOVE - variably, under load, and through its full range of motion on a regular basis throughout our lifetime. But often, we don't notice (or outright ignore) when the body isn't quite "moving like a body should" until we've let it go a little too long.
Our team took inventory of all departments and compiled custom daily 'body inventory' warmups based on the body regions and movement patterns that we have identified (with help from your fellow teammates) as most beneficial for that group.
